Jessica Froats is a commercial and capital markets executive at NYSE/Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), with deep expertise in global product distribution, market data, and institutional client engagement across the exchange ecosystem. She has built and scaled businesses by aligning sales, product, and client experience functions to drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver innovative solutions to trading firms, wealth platforms, and financial institutions around the world.
Over nearly two decades with NYSE and ICE, she has progressed from market data operations and sales roles to leading global account management, market data businesses, and enterprise client organizations. She has managed relationships with hundreds of institutional clients across the global investor community while expanding market data revenues, launching new products, and integrating commercial teams to create more seamless client experiences. Her leadership spans equities, options, futures, wealth management distribution, and emerging opportunities in global market access and exchange technology.
As Head of U.S. Capital Markets, Jessica leads initiatives spanning the IPO pipeline, business development, and strategic ecosystem partnerships, heading a team that works closely with investment banks, advisors, venture capital firms, and institutional investors to advance growth opportunities and commercialize new capabilities.
